Personal Mobile Banking is a site that allows customers to conduct e-Banking services through mobile phone or other mobile devices. It is user friendly and highly secured so that you could easily manage your money on the move.

To use Personal Mobile Banking, you'll need to be registered for Personal e-Banking Service.

Features

Accounts Services:

Check the balance and transaction history of your accounts that you’ve opened with any branch/sub-branch of Hang Seng Bank (China) Limited, including savings, time deposit and loan accounts, so you can keep up-to-date with your latest financial status.

Local Payments:

Transfer fund to pre-designated and non-designated accounts maintained with other banks in Mainland China. Fees and Charges on all CNY remittances to other local banks and overseas banks via our personal e-Banking will be waived till 31st Dec 2016.

Time Deposits:

Place new Time Deposit.

Foreign Currency Sale and Purchase:

Conduct (noncommercial current item) settlement and purchases of foreign exchange that is within annual quota for local residents and conduct foreign exchange (noncommercial current item) settlement that is within annual quota for overseas residents.

Foreign Currency Exchange:

Convert money between different currency saving accounts that you have opened with us.
