    Hang Seng Bank (China) Debit Card

    The debit card issued by Hang Seng Bank (China) Limited ("Hang Seng Bank (China)") is a Personal Renminbi Debit Card (the "Hang Seng China Debit Card"). With the Hang Seng China Debit Card and the Personal Identification Number (PIN), you can withdraw cash, check account balance from applicable ATMs; and can also make purchases at merchants with the “China UnionPay" logo around the world.

    Hang Seng China Debit Card supports e-CNY wallet binding and redemption services. You can use the e-CNY wallet for offline payments or online payments on e-commerce platforms; and fully experience the convenient payment experience brought by e-CNY in different scenarios.

    Hang Seng China Debit Card supports CUP (China Union Pay) online payment. You can enjoy online shopping, online money transferring and other online payment services.

    You may apply to enroll the third-party payment services at any of our outlets or by contacting our call center. Then you can bind Hang Seng China Debit Card at Alipay or WeChat Pay after identity validation.

    Debit Card Loss Report

    If your debit card is lost, please go to the branch/sub-branch immediately with your valid ID card to report the loss and pay attention to the balance changes in your accounts. If you are unable to report the loss in time at the branch/sub-branch, please call our contact center immediately.
