Complaint Handling Process:
1.We'll contact you within 2 working days after receiving your complaint to confirm the case.
2.We'll conduct an investigation and respond to you within 5 working days from the day we receive your complaint. If necessary, we will update you with a new timeline and follow-up actions. It will generally take 15 days to resolve your complaint. If the case is complex or serious, it will take up to 30 days. Further handling will take up to, but no more than, 60 days.
3.If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise your appeal by written application, mediation, arbitration, or litigation to protect your legitimate rights and interests. You may submit a written application to our Customer Service Center within 30 days of receiving the complaint resolution.
