1. Foreign Currency Notes Withdrawal: Hang Seng Bank (China) Beijing Branch/Sub-branches offer foreign currency notes withdrawal through our customers' deposit accounts, adhered to the regulations of the relevant authorities. At present, only HKD and USD are available.
2. Foreign Currency Exchange: Hang Seng Bank (China) Beijing Branch/Sub-branches offer HKD and USD exchange to the customers. The service charges customers CNY50 for each transaction (free for account holders).
3. Renminbi Cash Withdrawal: Hang Seng Bank (China) Beijing Branch/Sub-branches offer Renminbi cash withdrawal services through our customers' deposit accounts, adhered to the regulations of the relevant authorities.

   Linked to a nation-wide payment network, our Renminbi remittance services provide convenient intra-city transfers and cross-city remittance payments.

As a holder of a Hang Seng credit card^#, or an ATM card^# , Visa Card* or MasterCard^ issued by another bank, you can enjoy round-the-clock banking services to meet your cash needs at Hang Seng Bank (China) ATMs located in Beijing. Through our ATMs, you can:

• Withdraw cash up to the daily limit assigned to your cards (Repeated withdrawals may be necessary for the amount of cash you require due to different dispensing limits of ATMs per withdrawal; the dispensing limits per withdrawal/ daily limit for withdrawal from the ATM should be adhere to the respective limits assigned to the ATMs. For detail, please refer to the instruction on the ATMs)
• Check your account balances
• Obtain a cash advance on your credit card
