Note:

1Customer has to hold banking account with both Hang Seng Bank and Hang Seng China in order to register for “cross-border View and Transfer”. Also, the open of e-banking service for both sides is a must.

2Remittance fee charged by the Bank would be waived for Prestige Banking customers, debited correspondent bank charge (if applicable) would be refunded on the same day. For Preferred Banking customers, captured fee waiver offer will be valid till end of Dec of 2020. This fee waiver only applicable to the remittance instruction placed through “Cross-border Transfer” webpage, which is not applicable to the instruction placed through “Overseas Transfer” webpage.
