Fund Transfers
Transfer RMB and foreign currency to third-party accounts in Hang Seng Bank (China) or third party bank in Mainland China with options of:
- Immediate transfer
- Place transfer up to 60 days in advance
- Recurrent transfer at various frequencies, e.g. daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.
Time Deposit
Place time deposit orders online. Create/amend maturity instructions.
Trade Services
Submit import documentary credit issuance and amendment applications online, submit Export DC Transfer application, accept import bills, issue import bills settlement instruction, check trade line position, check outstanding of all import and export transactions, transaction details and history.
Account Enquiry
Check balances and transaction history of deposit and loan accounts as well as certain investment accounts.
e-Statement and e-Advice
Browse, print and download e-Statements and e-Advices online.
Cheque-related Services
Apply for new cheque book to be collected at our branches or mailed to your office, and to submit stop-payment instructions.
Deposit Rate and Exchange Rate Enquiry
Check deposit rates and exchange rates of Renminbi against major foreign currencies.
Multiple Users
Allow you to appoint up to 10 users. Primary user has the full rights to operate account and to maintain the access right and authority of individual secondary users in different accounts.
2-level Authorization Matrix
Support sole or dual authorization matrix for account transaction and user authority maintenance.
Activity Log
Allow primary user to view the activities of all users and secondary user to view own activities. Primary user may also assign individual secondary user to view all users' activities.
Registration
After registration, each user will be issued an Electronic Banking Number (EBN), a Personal Identification Number (PIN) and a Security Device. During online registration, you will be asked to create a user name, a password and to activate your Security Device. Once these steps have been completed, you can start to enjoy our convenient online services.
