Assistant Sub-branch Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily counter operations and general administration functions of the sub-branch to ensure the delivery of reliable, efficient and quality services
Ensure work procedures and business activities of the sub-branch adhere to the Group/Bank's policies and local regulatory requirements
Assist Sub-branch Manager with staff management at the sub-branch
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy or a related discipline
Minimum of five years' experience in banking operations, personal financial services or retail banking preferably gained in foreign banks, including three years’ experience at a management level
Sound knowledge of China commercial and banking regulations and practices, as well as the hierarchy of government departments and their functions
Knowledge of the regulations of PBOC, CBRC, SAFE and taxation
Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
Proficiency in both English and Chinese


Relationship Manager (Corporate & Commercial Banking)
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, and cross-sell other banking products, e.g. deposits
Prepare credit proposals and conduct regular credit reviews to ensure credit quality
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business Management or International Trade
Minimum of six years' relevant experience in corporate lending, trade finance and credit analysis; knowledge of retail banking products and/or working experience gained in foreign banks an advantage
Sound knowledge of the regulations of PBOC, CBRC, SAFE and taxation
Strong customer service orientation, good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software


Prestige Banking Manager (Personal Financial Services)
Job Responsibilities:
Acquire new high-net-worth customers and promote a wide range of wealth management products/services
Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers
Provide quality after-sales service and ensure best execution of customer orders
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration or a related discipline
Minimum of four years' sales or customer service experience gained in the banking/financial industry, preferably including familiarity with wealth management and mortgage products/services, and have solid network with customers
Sound knowledge of the regulations of PBOC, CBRC, SAFE and taxation
Strong self-motivation, outgoing personality and ability to work independently and under pressure
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software; CET level 6 certificate holder


Direct Sales Representative (Personal Financial Services)
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and visit target/potential customers for the expansion of the Bank’s Personal Financial Services business
Make telemarketing calls and conduct outreach sales activities such as road shows to help grow customer base
Provide quality phone banking services and handle customer enquiries
Requirements:
College degree or above
Minimum of one year's experience in sales or customer service, preferably gained in foreign banks, and a solid network with retail banking customers in Guangzhou
Strong customer service orientation, outgoing personality, and good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software
Willingness to work shifts


Counter Operations Officer
Job Responsibilities:
Process daily payment transactions, including account openings, deposits, remittances, etc.
Provide quality services to customers
Prepare daily reports for related parties, e.g. PBOC and SAFE
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above
Minimum of two years' relevant experience, preferably gained in foreign banks
Sound knowledge of the regulations of PBOC and SAFE
Strong customer service orientation, and good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software
