Assistant Sub-branch Manager
Job Responsibilities: |

Manage daily counter operations and general administration functions of the sub-branch to ensure the delivery of reliable, efficient and quality services |

Ensure work procedures and business activities of the sub-branch adhere to the Group/Bank's policies and local regulatory requirements |

Requirements: |

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy or a related discipline |

Minimum of five years' experience in banking operations, personal financial services or retail banking preferably gained in foreign banks, including three years’ experience at a management level |

Sound knowledge of China commercial and banking regulations and practices, as well as the hierarchy of government departments and their functions |
 |
Knowledge of the regulations of PBOC, CBRC, SAFE and taxation |
 |
Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure |

Proficiency in both English and Chinese |
Relationship Manager (Corporate & Commercial Banking)
Job Responsibilities: |

Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, and cross-sell other banking products, e.g. deposits |

Prepare credit proposals and conduct regular credit reviews to ensure credit quality |

Minimum of six years' relevant experience in corporate lending, trade finance and credit analysis; knowledge of retail banking products and/or working experience gained in foreign banks an advantage |
