To satisfy Investors' needs, Hang Seng Bank (China) Limited (the "Bank") now offers a new series of Equity - Linked Capital Protected Investment Product – "One -Touch Autocallable". ("Equity-Linked CPI Product") With accurate investment views, Investors will have the opportunity to earn a favorable potential return in addition to the Guarantee Investment Amount upon the Maturity Date or the Early Maturity Date (as the case may be).

Product Advantages

	The Guaranteed Investment Amount will be payable if the CPI Product is held until the Maturity Date or Early Maturity Date (as the case may be).
	Linked with basket of stocks that are listed on pre-determined main foreign stock exchanges. Investors have the chance to receive Investment Returns linked to the performance of the Stocks in the stock basket plus opportunity of early maturity.
	No handling or management fee will be charged to minimize the investment cost.

	The basket of stocks and their Initial Stock Price, Potential Investment Return Rate, the Maturity Date, the Early Maturity Dates, Early Maturity Observation Dates, will be pre-determined by the Bank (please refer to the Term Sheet and Annex relating to the product for details).
	In respect of each Observation Period, if the Closing Stock Price of the Worst Performing Stock in the underlying Stock Basket is equal to or greater than the preset Investment Return Trigger Stock Price on any Exchange Business Day in such Observation Period, investors can receive Investment Return on the relevant Early Maturity Date or Maturity Date or Investment Return Payment Date (as the case may be).
	On each early maturity observation date, if the Closing Stock Price of the Worst Performing Stock in the underlying Stock Basket is equal to or greater than the preset early maturity Trigger Stock Price, CPI product will be early matured on the relevant Early Maturity Date, meanwhile, investor can receive Guaranteed Investment Amount and get relevant investment return.
	If on some early maturity observation date, the Closing Stock Price of the Worst Performing Stock in the underlying Stock Basket is less than the preset early maturity Trigger Stock Price, Investor will continue to hold this product until on next early maturity day that early maturity occurs or maturity day.
	Guaranteed Investment Amount and investment return receiving on maturity date or early maturity date (as the case may be) will be settled in the Base Currency.
	Unless the CPI Product matures early in accordance with its Terms and Conditions, Investors are not allowed to early terminate the CPI Product during investment period.
