 Program Overview |
The Programme involves training in Hong Kong as well as in mainland China, providing trainees with a specialised training in each of three key streams: corporate banking and commercial banking, personal financial services and branch operations.
We know that expertise can only come about through practical experience. Through attachments to core functions within each division, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the ins and outs of our various business lines. You will be expected to contribute as a full team member and to build effective working relationships with colleagues, clients and business partners, so that when you finish the programme, you will be ready to jump straight into your career.

To qualify for our Management Trainee Programmes, you should:

A Bachelor degree or a post-graduate qualification |
|
Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure |
|
High mobility |
|
Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills |
|
High proficiency in both English and Chinese |
|
Applicants with one to two years' working experience will also be considered |
