Programme Overview |
Hang Seng Bank (China) Management Trainee Programme has been established with an objective to build up resource pipeline for executives and functional professional through practical experience and skills training to support China's diversified business development.
There are three focused streams, each designed to optimize the learning experience and provide trainees with skill sets specific to the respective business needs. Following is a brief description of each of the three areas.
We know that expertise can only come about through practical experience. Through attachments to core functions within each division, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the ins and outs of our various business lines. You will be expected to contribute as a full team member and to build effective working relationships with colleagues, clients and business partners, so that when you finish the programme, you will be ready to jump straight into your career.

To qualify for our Management Trainee Programmes, you should:

Hold a bachelor degree or above |
 |
Have strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure |
 |
Possess good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills |
 |
Have high proficiency in both English and Chinese |
 |
Have high mobility |
 |
Have less than two years' working experience |
